The inspector will point out problems and explain them to you. The inspector will also show you the good points of the house as well. This will help you to get the most benefit from the inspection and gain the most understanding of the systems that make up your home.

This gives us the ability to give a thorough inspection to every customer. Our pricing is very competitive, but not the lowest around. Online Report Access – Our reports are available online via the web, or upon request, can be emailed to you. Our reports are in Adobe® PDF format, so they can be viewed and printed from a variety of home PC’s. Printed reports are available also upon request, and are sent via the Postal Service.
Computer Generated Reports - You'll get a comprehensive computer generated report with full color pictures that is easy to understand. The report is designed to convey an great amount of information. Our reports don't just say "Poor" or "Fair", all findings have associated comments with an explanation of the problem and why it is a problem. Everything identified during the inspection will be photographed and included in the report. Our inspections are truly a home education.
Online Scheduling - No more phone tag trying to figure out who is available when, simply pick the time that best works for you and make your request online. Of course, you can still call our friendly staff to schedule.
